It is our greatest pleasure to welcome you on our new website. As part of our renovation program for 2010, we are going to improve your customer experience at the Spa as well as on our website.
With this new website, you can:
- Purchase products online for yourself or as Gift to somebody else.
- Purchase Gift Certificates to be used at our Toronto Spa facilities.
- Book Couple packages and Couples promotion as well as single services.
- Create Wish lit for Bridal or Birthday events.
- Book private events
- Review the status of your order at anytime and receive updates regarding shipments.
- Track shipments online with a tracking number and delivery date.
In addition to improve our customer experience when selecting our services or buying our products, we started our renovation program at the Spa. In the last 2 years, we could not do any renovation due to the building construction program at 155 Cumberland Street (just across the street). We could not organize any improvement program due to the construction program. With the end of the construction program, we will be able to start our renovation program including the long overdue external signage upgrade.
In the next few weeks, we will start to provide new functionalities to better serve you through our website as well as offer new incentive program to our regular and loyal customers.
