We are an eco-urban retreat located in the heart of Yorkville and dedicated to your well being. Our Spa design, services and products are focused to provide a all year long well being services for enduring the stress of the urban life. 50 % of health related issues are in relation to Lifestyles and behaviors (as opposed to environment, Human biology etc .). Our philosophy is to be an integrated part of your health program by providing a relaxing, stress free environment to enjoy, reflect on your life and progress your well being.
Spa pricing principles
Our pricing philosophy is based on the fact that any well being services including massage. facials or body treatments should be, very much like exercise, progressed all year long to be effective.
As such, our pricing philosophy is to be as affordable as possible for an upscale spa thus giving you the ability to come on a frequent basis . Aligned with regular exercise, healthy diet, relaxing spa rituals will constitute the foundation for a healthy leaving.
Our pricing is 25 to ... 50 % less expensive that our competitor in the same segment. We fundamentally believe that Spa treatments must be affordable and enjoyed on a frequent basis to be effective.
Our Spa incentive program will assist you in balancing your budget with high quality yet affordable spa treatments.
Spa Design and products
We are here to last and our Spa design reflect this principle. We proceed to a Spa upgrade every year to enhance your experience. We focus on the quality of the product used (Bamboo, Organic Clay, Organic Fabric, Eco products) to the extend possible.We are absolutely opposed to the "window dressing" principles that you find in most of the retail store. We always use the best ethical approach to our renovation project and ensure that those principles apply to all phases of the project. For instance, before installing a new Eco Friendly bamboo floor, we remove any unhealthy materials and ensure that all the foundations are as healthy as the floor that you walk on. In other words, what we know is as important as what you see. We step by step transition toward eco-friendly and organic product based on multi-year investment program. We are in favor of developing a local sustainable economy.We focus on quality of the product we purchase and will hold investment in some cases until we have the ability to purchase high quality products.
How to Spa and Privacy
Our Spa is designed to provide comfort, privacy and relaxation. All services are performed in private rooms and your privacy is respected at all times. We provide robes, gowns and slippers for your convenience during services.
For facial and body treatments, it is best to remove jewelry and store them in a secure place. We regret that we can not be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles.
Short are provided for men to wear through the duration of body treatments and we advise that men shave a few hours prior to their facial treatments.
So that all our clients may enjoy a peaceful relaxing environment, we respectfully ask that you turn off your cell phones, pagers and blackberry while in the Spa.

Appointments and Cancellation policy
Our schedule is designed to permit the proper amount of time required to relax and complete each services. We would greatly appreciate if you could arrive on time for your appointment, so that you may receive your full service and our other guests are not inconvenienced.
So that we may accommodate all of your customers, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice on all individual services. A 50 % service fee will be applied on cancellations that are less than the required amount of time.
Payment for Services
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card and American Express), Debit Cards, Cash or Personal Cheque.
Gratuities is always left to the discretion of our guests, and we sincerely appreciate your kindness.
Gift Certificates
Available for any occasion for treatments, packages or dollar value. Gift Certificate can be send by mail or Emails for your convenience. |
