Please note that, as part of our philosophy, we decided not to have a front desk operator. This allow us to provide the best services at very reasonable price to our customer.

Only Spa therapists will welcome you and answer the phone based on their availability. If all therapists are with guests at the time you call, simply leave a message and one of us will call you back as soon as we can.

Please also note that at time when all therapists are progressing massage treatments with guests, the spa will be temporary locked (with a sign on the door providing the next available time for an appointment).

We have the uppermost respect for our guests and will never answer the phone and respond to walk in inquiries while in massage therapy sessions. This is a fundamental principle for us.

While we understand the inconvenience that this may cause, all our guests are very regular customers and understand the benefits of such a philosophy.
