1. How many days in advance do I need to book an appointment?
For week-ends and Fridays, we really recommend you book at least one week in advance if you want to have choices for time windows. if we do not have an opening for you, we have a waiting list in the event of a last minute cancellation. Tuesday is our quietest day of the week.
2. It is very difficult to reach you, do you have a reception?
No we do not have a front desk reception and that is part of our key differences with other Spas. We made the choice not to have a front desk so we can provde excellent services at reasonable prices. If we do not answer, simply leave us a voicemail and we will contact you back as soon as we become available (or use the online booking form)
3. Do you need a credit card for booking appointments?
Yes. We will request a valid credit card number to hold any appointments. Once you become a regular customer then you will not need to provide us this information.
3. What is your Spa best seller?
Our speciality are couple services and then single female services. During week-ends, 80 % of our customers are couples & Duo’s who would like to share a quiet and relaxing time together. Our best seller is definitely the 199 CAD package for couples/Duo.
4. Do you accept Wayspa gift certificates?
Yes we do. We also accept Smartbox certificates until the end of this year.
5. Do you provide 30 Min or 45 Min massage services?
No, we do not.
6. What products do you use for Facials?
We use Harnn and Thann products for Facial protocols.
7. Do you consider yourself as a Luxurious Spa?
No, we do not. While our Spa is very clean and upscale, we would not classify ourself in this category. We can not be compared to luxurious Spa like Stillwater or Elmwood Spa. Of course, our prices are also very different.
8. Do you have a Steam room, Spa Tub or Swimming pool?
No, we do not. We are a small Spa and can not provide those facilities.
9. You external signage is outdated and does not reflect your internal design, are you going to change it one day?
We agree. We focus first on improving your comfort inside the Spa and not so much outside for the time being. We are preparing another phase of renovation this year.
