For week-ends and Fridays, we really recommend you book at least one week in advance if you want to have choices for time windows. if we do not have an opening for you, we have a waiting list in the event of a last minute cancellation. Tuesday is our quietest day of the week.

No we do not have a front desk reception and that is part of our key differences with other Spas. We made the choice not to have a front desk so we can provide excellent services at reasonable prices. If we do not answer, simply leave us a voicemail and we will contact you back as soon as we become available (or use the online booking form)

Yes. We will request a valid credit card number to hold any appointments. Once you become a regular customer then you will not need to provide us this information.
